Rock, Paper, Scissors

This allows a chatter to activate a game of rock, paper, scissors against the streamer.
Once the game is started, a new set of redemptions appear for the chatter to make their choice (its stealthy using underscores so the streamer cant tell)
Then the streamer can use a button or buttons to make theirs.
Once both choices are made, they are compared to find the winner.
